There comes a time when we recognize that holding on is taking more from us than letting go ever could.

Old stories. Limiting beliefs. Expectations we've carried for too long. Patterns that no longer reflect who we're becoming.

Under the illuminating energy of the Full Moon, you're invited to pause, turn inward, and gently explore what you're ready to release.

Join us for a meaningful afternoon of reflection, intention, and renewal as we create space for the things that are ready to shift.

Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and a symbolic release ritual, we'll explore what we've been carrying, honor the lessons we've gathered, and give ourselves permission to put down what no longer serves our growth.

Letting go doesn't mean forgetting, failing, or dismissing where you've been. It means recognizing that you can honor your past without allowing it to define your future.

As the Full Moon illuminates the sky, let it serve as a reminder that clarity can come when we create space, that endings can make room for beginnings, and that we are allowed to grow beyond the versions of ourselves we've outgrown.

As part of our November theme, The Art of Becoming , this gathering is an invitation to release with compassion, reconnect with yourself, and make room for what comes next.
