Join us for a gentle evening of automatic writing, self-reflection, and intuitive exploration as we create space for the words to flow without judgment, expectation, or the need to make everything make sense.

Through guided meditation, thoughtful prompts, and free-flowing writing, you'll be invited to quiet your thinking mind, loosen the need for perfection, and allow your pen to move freely across the page.

You don't need to be a writer. You don't need to know what you're going to write. Simply arrive with an open mind, a journal, and a willingness to explore.

This is a space to discover what might emerge when you stop searching for the right answers and begin allowing yourself to listen.
