About this event
Enjoy a yoga-inspired practice that is infused with elements of somatics and strength and stability work with the assistance of blocks, blankets, straps, and dowels. This is a moderately paced class that won't move as quickly as a flow class but come prepared to work. It is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
