Houston County and Northside both earned a four-game win streak last week, and most Houston County schools are set to begin region play next week (the matchups featured shutouts and key comebacks).

Warner Robins fell 14-0 to Veterans in a frigid Monday night game — players bundled up in beanies and heavy jackets as biting winds and low temperatures challenged them.

The team will host Southwest-Macon today at 5 p.m.

Westfield girls advanced to the GIAA Final Four with a 50-35 win and will face Terrell Academy on Feb.
