Robins Air Force Base and law enforcement will move a C-130 Hercules along Highway 247 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Sunday, temporarily closing lanes between Bargain and Booth Roads and causing significant traffic delays as drivers are directed to alternate routes.
