- ➤ Students in kindergarten through 12th grade must log 12.5 hours of reading with Middle Georgia Regional Library to earn free Macon Bacon Baseball tickets; winners can redeem tickets for Monday through Thursday games at Luther Williams Stadium from May 25 to July 9 (adult accompaniment required). - ➤ Retired teacher Lisa Bell, with nearly 30 years of classroom experience and 1,100 skydives to her name, now teaches energy efficiency practices to area students at local schools (she blends practical tips with an unusual background). WPGA
- ➤ Starting May 26, Houston County School Nutrition Program offers free summer meals to all children 18 and under until July 24. Meals are available in Warner Robins at school sites, mobile vans, and weekly packs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (no enrollment required) except on select Fridays. WGXA
