The City of Warner Robins and The Assembly are expanding Haven Hope House Resource Center services (now open 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) starting Monday with support Monday-Wednesday (lunch, hygiene kits, clothing) and case management Thursday; community partner services will launch by July 1 with Sunday worship on July 12.

Warner Robins will host a Juneteenth Black Owned Business EXPO on June 13 at the corner of Russell Parkway and 620 Wellborn Road and the Annual Freedom Festival on June 20 at North Houston Sports Complex, each offering live entertainment, food and family activities.

Local emergency management officials say rising population density may lead to more storm damage as fewer drainage options and higher power demands put urban areas at risk.
