- ➤ The Houston County Commissioners praised the UGA Extension Office for awards in the EFNEP and 4-H programs and approved the FY26 budget with a General Fund revenue set at $83,768,500. They also approved an agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for roundabout lighting and made several board appointments with the next meeting set for July 8 at 9 a.m. at the courthouse.
