- ➤ A woman was arrested Tuesday after a gun was discharged while pointing it at a man led to a chase and a power pole crash at North Houston Sports Complex in Warner Robins—police say an 18-year-old fled on foot and officials are urging anyone with information to come forward. WGXA
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Eight candidates running for governor took part in a forum at First Baptist Church in Warner Robins Monday night—hosted by the NAACP chapters of Houston and Bibb counties—to discuss health care, education, the economy, and criminal justice reform. Five candidates attended in person while three submitted video messages and will qualify next March for the primary election. 13WMAZ
- ➤ Crews in Warner Robins are repairing a sinkhole on Watson Boulevard that formed late Tuesday when a water main broke in one eastbound lane near Olympia Drive (the main is 25 feet underground and built in the 1960s), causing lane closures and water service disruptions from Corder Road to Nelson Drive for several days.
