Jesus Mancilla Velez has been missing for five years after he was last seen leaving his home on Red Fox Run in Warner Robins and his family continues to plead for answers as the investigation — which includes a suspicious report on his black 2015 Chevy Tahoe seen with a half-open window — remains active despite signs of slowed progress.

Warner Robins began constructing eight affordable townhomes on Airman Boulevard with support from a $1.5 million state grant—designed to offer working families a chance to own a home.

More than 100 families have applied and the city will hold homeowner seminars as work starts this fall.
