- ➤ Warner Robins approved new rules that simplify the permit process for home-based businesses by letting residents choose one of three ways to notify the public — holding a hearing, collecting neighbor signatures, or sending certified letters. The new process may allow permits in as little as seven days, though at-home daycares still require council approval — updated forms are now available on the city website. 13WMAZ
