- ➤ Ocmulgee Mounds has reopened today after a six-week government shutdown halted October sales and reduced revenue that supports cultural programs. - ➤ Stratford Academy senior Javious Clyde excels as a football leader today with a strong work ethic that uplifts his team—he also helps his school by volunteering in the theater program and working in the front office. WGXA
- ➤ On Football Friday Night, Hawkinsville edged Trion 24—21 by recovering an onside kick with just minutes left, and Warner Robins won at home 28—14 as several GIAA teams advanced to state title games. Week 15 matchups will feature more playoff contests among Central Georgia teams as the postseason continues. 13WMAZ
