- ➤ On November 25, Operation Arresting Hunger volunteers packed and delivered 250 food bags before Thanksgiving using items donated by local providers and help from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office — the bags reached families in Houston, Peach and Bibb Counties, feeding about 1,500 people as the need grows in the community. - ➤ Howard High School’s Marching Huskies were named 41NBC’s Band of the Week after putting on a fun boy-band themed show with hits from the Backstreet Boys and The Jackson 5. Band Director Emmanuel Johnson said the students’ hard work and growing musicianship made this season special—earning praise from their sponsors. 41NBC
