Blevins said the program meets growing demands amid recent financial struggles and has achieved a 95% adoption rate for the angel tags.
Warner Robins will hold its annual Christmas parade on December 6 with local groups, marching bands, and floats while businesses like Discount Costumes offer holiday deals.
