Wanna Tuft Studios opened earlier this month in Macon where visitors learn to tuft custom rugs and make drip bear paintings—classes run Friday to Sunday at 1080 Third Street, Suite 100.

Warner Robins’ Tonia Williams and her best friend Parrisha Simmons also donate proceeds to the Boys and Girls Club of Central Georgia—prices start at $25 for a drip bear class.

Houston County District Attorney Eric Edwards said he was appointed by PACGA to investigate former Washington County solicitor general Michael Howard—who resigned after facing allegations of improperly dismissing DUI cases—with no formal charges filed as the investigation continues.
