Two Central Georgia men—Tony Goodson and John Mazzola—got arrested in Macon on charges tied to a national sports betting scandal that involved mafia-run poker games and rigged machines, and their arrests come as lawmakers will debate legal sports betting when the legislative session begins on Jan. 12.
